Return Policy

At IonicMoto, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our electric bikes. Each unit is carefully inspected and securely packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. These are large, high-value items, and shipping them is both costly and complex — which is why we have a firm, but fair, return policy.

🚚 Returns

Due to the size and expense of shipping our electric bikes, returns are generally not accepted unless there is a verified manufacturer defect. If a return is approved, it will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Rather than returning the entire unit, we may offer solutions such as replacement parts, repairs, or other resolutions to address the issue.

🛠 Manufacturer Defects

If you believe your bike has a legitimate defect related to manufacturing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a detailed description, photos, and/or video of the issue. If confirmed, we’ll work with you to either repair, replace, or refund — depending on the situation.

📦 Shipping Damage or Cosmetic Issues

We take great pride in our packaging and do everything possible to ensure your e-bike arrives safely. However, we understand that things can happen during transit. If your bike arrives with visible shipping damage or cosmetic imperfections, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details. We’ll assess the situation and do our best to make things right — whether that means replacement parts, repairs, or other solutions.

❌ Order Cancellations

If you place an order and decide to cancel after payment is processed, a 3.5% cancellation fee will apply to cover non-refundable credit card processing fees. Please double-check your order before submitting to avoid this charge.
