Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping Charges
Flat-rate $200 shipping fee applies to all bike orders, unless otherwise specified.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery for bikes are within 2–6 business days depending on your location. For smaller or miscellaneous items, 2–4 business days.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your product arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted for unused products in original packaging within 7 days of delivery with the exceptions of bikes and wheels. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
