Can you change bike settings by using the display?
The display is intended solely for viewing ride and system information. It does not provide the ability to adjust speed, power output, performance settings, or any other controller parameters.
Any changes to speed, power, or other performance-related settings can only be made by connecting directly to the controller using the compatible Bluetooth dongle and the Fardriver mobile application. Any modifications to controller parameters should only be performed by individuals who are knowledgeable, experienced, and fully understand the potential consequences of altering settings incorrectly. Improper configuration may result in reduced performance, component damage, unsafe operating conditions, or other unintended consequences.
We strongly recommend that users do not enter the display menu or alter any display settings. Changing display settings may result in inaccurate information being displayed or unintended operation of the displays functions.
Please note that while manuals and user guides may be included with your bike, some of the information contained within them is generic and intended to cover multiple models and configurations. As a result, certain features, settings, procedures, specifications, or instructions described in these materials may not necessarily apply directly to your specific bike.
