Pre-Order Policy
Thank you for choosing Ionic Moto. Please review the following pre-order guidelines before completing your purchase. An item is only on Pre-Order when it is clearly specified in the product's name, otherwise this is not applicable.
Purpose of Pre-Ordering
Pre-ordering gives you the opportunity to secure your bike before it sells out. Demand can be high, and inventory may be limited. By placing a pre-order, your unit is reserved in advance and guaranteed for you once it arrives.
When Pre-Orders Are Open
We only open pre-orders when bikes are already built and currently in transit to our warehouse. This means your bike is not waiting on production, it is on the way and your pre-order secures one of the units arriving in that shipment.
Understanding the Waiting Period
All pre-orders include an expected waiting period between the time your order is placed and the time your bike ships. Even though the bikes are already on the way to us, transit times, customs processing, and final warehouse handling can affect delivery dates.
We always provide the most accurate estimated arrival and fulfillment timeline possible, but please understand that all dates are estimates and may be subject to change based on carrier and logistics factors.
